Carton Sealing Machine
This Carton Sealing Machine tapes the top and bottom flaps of a carton in one pass, using BOPP self-adhesive tape. A double motor drive pulls each box through, and a hand crank sets the height for different box sizes. How the Carton Sealing Machine works
The operator places the box on the in-feed rollers and gives it a gentle push, after which the motorised belts pull it forward while the upper and lower tape dispensers apply tape along both seams simultaneously. Rollers press the tape down for a tight seal, blades cut it off, and the box rolls out ready for the pallet.
Height is set by a manual rotary crank, and the width guides adjust by hand, which makes it straightforward to switch between different carton sizes during a production shift.
