The Automatic Double Chamber Tea Bag Packing Machine makes cold-sealed, two-chamber filter bags, joins each one to a thread and hard tag with a staple, and wraps it in an outer envelope. It runs at about 120 ± 10 bags per minute under PLC control, then counts and groups the finished bags into boxes. We build it in China for tea packers and brand owners.
Why double chamber bags
A double chamber bag has two filled compartments folded into a W shape, so water circulates around both portions of the leaf and the tea tends to infuse faster and more evenly than in a flat single-pocket bag. The staple-and-thread connection also avoids adhesive or heat on the filter paper, which explains why many premium brands prefer this format.
