Machinery Exporter to Brazil: Farm, Agro and Food Processing Equipment
Latin America · Brazilian Real (BRL) · Main port: Santos · Mercosur
Machines & Equipments is a machinery exporter to Brazil. We ship farm machines, crop plants and food lines direct from our plant in Shanghai, China, to the port of Santos. We sell to importers, dealers, builders and tender winners. We also prepare the export papers used for customs clearance in Brazil.
What Brazilian buyers need
Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America and a founding member of Mercosur. It is also one of the world's biggest farm producers, so most of our Brazilian enquiries follow the crop from field to shelf:
- Agricultural Machinery to plant, spray and bring in the crop on small and mid-sized farms
- Agro Processing Machines to dry, clean, hull and mill grain, coffee and cassava
- Food Processing Plants, from single machines to full lines for juice, snacks or packed food
Checks we make before production
Brazil uses both 127 V and 220 V supply, and the grid differs from state to state. For that reason, voltage is the first thing we confirm. Our full pre-production list covers:
- The model, output and spec, checked line by line against your order
- Voltage, frequency and phase at the site where the machine will run
- Materials in contact with food, such as stainless steel grades
- The Incoterm you want (EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF) and your port of discharge
Every order is quoted on its own, based on quantity, specification, Incoterm and port. We do not publish prices. Brazil's import taxes can add a large share to landed cost in Brazilian Real (BRL), so we strongly suggest you get a full duty estimate from your customs broker before you order.
Shipping to Santos
Full lines and bulk orders usually travel as one or more full container loads, packed so each section can be unloaded and set up in order. A single machine can go as a shared part-load. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Our guide to Incoterms and export documents explains who pays for each leg.
Brazilian importers often need extra technical papers for customs and product rules. Send us the list your broker gives you, and we will say which items we can supply and which must come from a third party. See certifications and compliance documents for how we handle standards.
