Shipping as a machinery exporter to United Arab Emirates

Jebel Ali is one of the largest ports in the region and a common re-export hub. Some buyers clear goods in Dubai, while others hold them for onward trade to places like Kuwait or Iraq.

We quote EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF. For a single machine we can book LCL; project and dealer orders usually fill a 20ft or 40ft container. Our page on Incoterms, freight and export documents explains each option.

What we confirm before production

These are the points buyers most often ask us to check:

1. Model and spec, matched to your order or tender clause.
2. Voltage and frequency, since UAE mains differ from Chinese factory standard.
3. Extra cooling, dust filters or shade for units that run outdoors in summer.
4. Incoterm, consignee and whether the cargo is for local use or re-export.

We do not list prices. Each quote reflects quantity, spec, Incoterm and route, and your landed cost in UAE Dirham (AED) terms also includes duty, which your clearing agent can confirm.

Packing and site delivery

We crate or strap each machine so it can take a crane lift at the port and a hot, dusty trip to site. Loose parts go in marked boxes, all on the packing list. If you want spare filters, seals or belts in the same box, tell us when you ask for a quote. That way they ride with the first load and you do not pay freight twice.

Documents and tenders

Shipments carry a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus datasheets where needed. Our certifications and compliance documents page explains how we handle requests for more.

There is no single national tender portal. Federal tenders run through the Ministry of Finance on the Federal Digital Procurement Platform (plus Dubai eSupply / Abu Dhabi Procurement Gate), while Dubai and Abu Dhabi run their own systems. We review the technical clause with you before you bid.
