What Kazakh buyers order from us

Routing freight as a machinery exporter to Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is landlocked (Caspian access via Aktau); ocean freight typically transits China or Russia. That means the route matters as much as the machine. For many orders, freight moves overland from China by rail or truck. Other loads go by sea to a transit port and then travel on to Aktau or an inland hub.

Checks we make before production

Buyers usually ask us to confirm a few points before we build anything:

1. The exact model and specification, matched line by line to your order or tender file.
2. Voltage and frequency, so each motor suits the local supply.
3. Cold-weather needs, such as the right oil grade or cab heating, where your site calls for it.
4. The Incoterm and the named place where our part of the job ends.

Prices are quoted per order, based on quantity, specification, Incoterm and route. We do not publish price lists. Your landed cost in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) terms also depends on local duties, which we recommend you confirm with your customs broker.

Documents and tender supply

Each shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and certificate of origin. If your broker or tender file lists extra papers, send us the list and we will say which ones we can supply. The certifications and compliance documents page explains how we handle this.

Public buying in Kazakhstan runs through the Goszakup portal. If you plan to bid on a contract listed there, share the technical clause with us first.
