Food Small Integration CIP System
The Small Integration CIP System is a compact clean-in-place unit that puts an acid tank, an alkali tank, a water tank and a supply pump on one skid. It cleans pipes, tanks and fillers without taking them apart. Each size uses a 10 m³/h pump with a 36 m lift and a 4 kW motor, and we build it in China for dairy, drinks and other food plants.
Why plants use a Small Integration CIP System
A CIP cleaning system pumps the wash liquid through the same lines the product runs in. A typical cycle is a water rinse, a hot alkali wash to lift fat and protein, a rinse, an acid wash to remove scale, and a final rinse. Doing this in place saves labour and gives the same result each time, which matters for hygiene audits in dairy, juice and drink lines.
An integrated skid suits smaller plants because the tanks, pump and pipework arrive already joined. You link it to your process lines, connect water, steam or power for heating, and it is ready to test.
Three sizes to choose from
The unit comes in three sizes. All three share the same pump, lift and motor, and each tank is heated by a circular heating pipe:
- Small: acid and alkali tanks of 500, water tank of 300, frame about 3000 x 1500 x 1700 mm
- Medium: acid and alkali tanks of 800, water tank of 580, frame about 3500 x 2000 x 2200 mm
- Large: acid and alkali tanks of 1000, water tank of 600, frame about 4000 x 2000 x 2500 mm

What we check with you first
To size the skid, we ask for the length and bore of the lines to be cleaned, the largest tank volume and your heat source. We also check your site voltage and frequency for the pump motor and panel.
