How the Sanitizing Filling Machine doses each bottle
Empty containers move along the SS slat conveyor until a twin pneumatic stopper holds them under the nozzles. The nozzles drop into the necks, centre themselves and fill. Then they lift, the stoppers open and the full bottles move on.
This stop-and-fill cycle keeps the neck lined up with the nozzle, so liquid does not spill on the outside of the container. That matters for alcohol-based gels, where a splash can smear the label and waste stock.
Setting the fill size
Volume is set at the liquid dosing block. A hex bolt under the syringes limits the stroke, so the operator can change the fill size with a spanner rather than a new part. We recommend you tell us your smallest and largest bottle so we can size the syringes to match before dispatch.
