An aseptic large bag filling machine packs sterile tomato paste, fruit puree, juice concentrate, sauces and dairy products into pre-sterilised bags held in drums or bins. What the aseptic large bag filling machine does
Bulk aseptic packs let a plant store a season's crop and sell it on to bottlers and food makers without a cold chain. The filler suits both high-acid and low-acid products, including purees with small pieces.
In the standard cycle, drums or bins arrive on roller conveyors, either one drum at a time, four drums on a pallet, or a single bin. The operator places the bag under a filling chamber kept sterile with steam under overpressure, then presses start. The head removes the cap, fills the bag with sterilised product, and fits the cap again before the conveyor carries the full container out.
