Freight planning for a machinery exporter to Tunisia

Most orders travel by sea from Shanghai to Radès, near Tunis. A single unit can go as LCL, while dealer stock and tender lots usually fill a full container.

We quote EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF. If you already have a forwarder in China, FOB Shanghai may suit you; if not, CIF Radès keeps the process simple. See our page on shipping, Incoterms and export documents for the details.

Questions we settle before production

Buyers usually ask us to confirm:

• Model and spec, against your order or tender schedule
• Supply voltage and frequency, so motors match the grid
• Panel, pump and control box size for solar kits, based on how deep and how much you pump
• Incoterm, consignee and final place of delivery

Prices are quoted per order; we do not publish a list. Your landed cost in Tunisian Dinar (TND) terms will include duty and port charges that your customs agent can confirm.

A note on farm and solar kits

We often ship a solar pump with the farm gear it will feed. If you send us the well depth, the daily water you need and the pipe run, we can suggest a pump and panel set that fits. We will also tell you what we cannot size from far away, so your own installer can check it on site before you buy.

Documents and public tenders

Shipments carry a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Datasheets and other papers are added where a tender needs them, as explained on our certifications and compliance documents page.

Public tenders are posted on TUNEPS (Tunisia Online e-Procurement System). As a machinery exporter to Tunisia, we review the technical clause before you bid, so your offer is based on a spec we can supply. We also export to Algeria and other Maghreb markets.
