Summer heat and strict site rules leave little room for error. Before production we go through these points and confirm them in writing:

1. The model, capacity and rating, matched to your purchase order or tender.
2. Voltage, frequency and phase for motors, panels and inverters.
3. Your Incoterm: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
4. Hamad Port as the port of discharge, or another point your agent names.

We publish no prices. Each quote reflects quantity, specification, Incoterm and port. Landed cost in Qatari Riyal (QAR) also depends on duties and port fees, which your clearing agent can confirm.

Buying from a machinery exporter to Qatar in China

Factory-direct supply keeps the importer markup out of your price. Contractors usually ask us for datasheets and wiring diagrams early, so their consultant can approve the item before it ships. Shipping to Hamad Port

Most orders go by sea in a full container load, or as a shared part-load for one machine. Spare parts can go by air when time is short. Qatar government tenders

Public contracts are published on Monaqasat, the state tender portal. Send us the technical clause before the closing date. We check product fit, list the papers we can supply and plan production to meet your delivery date. As a machinery exporter to Qatar, we give a small order the same care as a large one.
