Motor Grader Manufacturers and Suppliers in China

Grading is where a road is won or lost. We build motor graders in China for export, from 130HP up to 220HP.

Choosing a motor grader

Graders are specified by engine power, and the figure does more work here than it does on other plant. Power sets blade length, the weight the machine can put on the blade, and whether it will hold a grade on a long pull without the blade riding up. A 130HP machine maintains gravel roads and levels sites. A 220HP machine forms new carriageway and works heavier material over longer passes.

The common mistake is buying for the road you have rather than the road you are building. A grader bought for maintenance will do formation work slowly and badly; one bought for formation is not wasted on maintenance.

What we supply

Graders at 130HP, 170HP, 180HP and 220HP, each listed with its engine power and, where recorded, engine model and operating weight.

Road authority and contractor supply

Road authorities and contractors buy graders against a tender. Give us the schedule and the number of machines, and the price reflects both the quantity and when you need them on site.

Terms FOB, CIF or CFR. Blade edges are the item that goes first on a grader, so a set is normally priced with the machine rather than ordered against a breakdown.

Questions buyers ask

What engine powers are available?

130HP, 170HP, 180HP and 220HP.

Which size do I need?

For maintaining gravel roads and levelling sites, the 130HP to 170HP machines. For forming new carriageway or working heavier material over long passes, 180HP to 220HP.

Will a smaller grader do formation work?

It will, slowly, and it will struggle to hold a grade on a long pull. If formation is the main job, buy for formation.

Do I need a grader if I already have a dozer?

For finishing and for holding a grade, yes. A dozer moves material; a grader is what gives you a surface a roller can compact properly.

Do you quote against road authority tenders?

Yes, and that is most of this range. Attach the schedule to the enquiry; we work through it item by item and tell you plainly where our machine differs from what was specified.

Send the items and quantities you need, the destination country and any tender specification you are working to. For a tender, attach the specification schedule and we will quote line by line against it rather than sending a price list.
