About this unit
High-speed rotating brushes work the surface while spray bars rinse, which is the right combination for firm-skinned produce that carries soil worth scrubbing off - citrus, apples, carrots. Brush hardness is chosen to the crop, and that choice is the specification: a brush stiff enough to clean a carrot will scar a peach, and one soft enough for stone fruit will leave a carrot dirty. Brushes are imported nylon on a stainless steel frame. This machine is specified where a bubble washer cannot shift what is on the skin, and it is the wrong machine for anything soft. Tell us the crop and we will confirm the brush grade rather than supplying a default.
