About this unit
A screw press for juice, handling pineapple, carrot, apple, aloe vera and cactus among others, and doing three jobs in one pass: crushing the material, pressing the juice out and discharging the spent solids. The press works because the spiral cavity reduces in volume along the shaft, so the material is squeezed progressively rather than crushed at one point, which lifts yield and keeps the press from choking on fibrous crops. Screens of different apertures set how much solid passes into the juice, so the same machine gives a clear juice or a pulpy one depending on the screen fitted. All product-contact parts are stainless steel. State the crop and whether you want juice clear or with body.
