About this unit
Produce enters a rotating drum and is driven along it by an internal spiral while sprays work on it from above, which suits root crops arriving with soil still attached - potatoes, carrots and similar. The drum wall turns the load over continuously without halting its travel, so every surface comes up to the spray instead of the batch sitting in one orientation. Wash water and the soil it carries discharge away from the product rather than being recirculated over it. This is the heaviest-duty of the three washers and the one to specify when the incoming crop is field-dirty rather than merely dusty. Confirm the crop, the soil load you expect and the throughput per hour.
