About this unit
Round produce over about 25 mm across is carried forward on rollers that turn as they travel, so each fruit rotates under the inspector rather than presenting the same face the whole way down the line. That rotation is the entire purpose of the machine: on a flat belt, whatever is underneath is never seen, and a bruised or blemished side passes through. The rollers are profiled so fruit cannot wedge between them, and the frame is stainless throughout with no trapped corners to hold debris. A sprinkler bar can be fitted at the infeed to rinse as the fruit turns. Tell us the produce and its size range, since roller pitch is set from the smallest fruit you intend to run.
