About this unit
Aseptic cold filling keeps the product cold and makes everything around it sterile instead - the filling material, the packing environment and the packaging itself are all held aseptic inside an isolated zone. Bottles and caps are sterilised by disinfectant soaking before they enter it. The reason to fill cold is product quality: hot filling works, but it cooks the contents a second time, and for juices and teas that shows in flavour and vitamin retention. The machine is built around maintaining that isolation, so the sterile boundary is the specification rather than the filling rate. Send your product, bottle format and required shelf life.
