About this unit
Air is forced up through the wash tank so the water boils with bubbles and the produce rolls continuously instead of sitting still. That rolling action is what cleans delicate fruit - tomatoes, strawberries, apples, mangoes - because the work is done by moving water rather than by anything touching the skin, and the damage rate stays low where a brush would mark the surface. The overflow port rotates to set the working level, and hand holes along the side give access for cleaning out between batches rather than at the end of a run. Where your produce is firm-skinned and carries field soil rather than dust, a brush or drum washer is the better machine.
