About this unit
A heat-sealed automatic tea bag packing machine that forms the inner bag and the outer bag in one operation, packing tea, herbal medicine, health tea and other small particles. Packing range is 1 to 8 grams per pouch at 30 to 60 bags per minute. Forming both bags on one machine is the point of the design. The product never has to be handled between the inner and outer stages, which removes the direct contact with staff that a two-machine arrangement requires and lifts throughput at the same time. The inner bag uses filter cotton paper and takes a label automatically; the outer bag is composite paper. Labelling and outer bag placement both use photoelectric positioning, and the inner bag, outer bag and label sizes are all adjustable, so the pack can be set to the presentation the market expects rather than to a fixed format. The machine runs on 1.4 kW at 220V, needs air at 0.6 MPa or above, weighs 250 kg and measures 830 by 660 by 1,522 mm.
