About this unit
Tube cutter, sized for thin-walled tube rather than pipe. The cutter wheel is advanced by a feed screw a little at a time while the body is rotated, which produces a square cut without crushing the tube - the failure that makes a joint leak afterwards. Many patterns carry a reamer to take the internal burr off straight away. Confirm your tube diameter range and material, because wall thickness decides the wheel.
