About this unit
A turntable sits at the end of a conveyor and holds finished packs in a slow rotation so an operator can inspect, accumulate or hand-pack them without stopping the line upstream. Tables are available at 24, 30, 36 and 42 inches across, on a square stainless steel frame, and the diameter is chosen from how much accumulation the line needs rather than from the pack size. Stainless steel throughout suits a food area and washes down. The same table is used as a cooling station where packs need time before casing, and with scramble and unscramble supports where containers must be fed single file into the next machine. State the pack and the dwell you need.
