About this unit
Insulated holding tank. The insulation is there to hold a temperature already reached, not to change one - product arrives at the right temperature and has to still be at it hours later, without a refrigeration or heating load running the whole time. How much insulation depends on the hold time and the ambient outside the tank, which in a hot climate is the figure that decides the build. Specify volume, hold temperature, hold duration and your fittings.
