About this unit
Built for fermentation specifically, with mechanical blending rather than simple agitation. The vessel works on an internal recycling mode with a blending paddle that distributes the contents and breaks up bubbles as it turns, and breaking the bubbles is the functional point: it raises the rate at which oxygen goes into solution, which is what an aerobic fermentation is limited by. Simply stirring a tank does not achieve it. The body is SUS304 or imported 316L stainless depending on the product, and a spray nozzle inside cleans the tank automatically between batches. Send the organism or process, the batch volume and whether you need 304 or 316L wetted parts.
