About this unit
This is a manual cashew nut cutter, operated by hand at a single station rather than driven. In a cashew operation the manual cutter is not simply the cheap option: an experienced operator working a hand cutter can hold a whole-kernel ratio that automated cutting struggles to match, which is why many processors keep a bank of them running alongside automatic machines for their highest grades. The cutter is built in a combination of stainless steel and mild steel and weighs 35 kg, so it is stable in use without being fixed down permanently. It is supplied in a green finish and is made specifically for the cashew industry. Installation and operator training are agreed in the supply contract. Because output scales with the number of stations rather than with the machine, tell us your target daily kernel volume and we will advise how many units that implies.
