About this unit
A horizontal packing machine running 40 to 230 bags per minute on 2.4 kW at 220V 50/60 Hz. It takes film up to 320 mm wide and packs bags 50 to 140 mm wide for products up to 40 mm high, across four bag length ranges covering 65 to 330 mm. Bag length is detected and set by the machine rather than entered by hand, and dual frequency conversion control sets and cuts the length in a single step. Both save film as well as time: a manually set wrapper is normally run with a margin of error built into every bag, and across a shift at 230 bags a minute that margin is a significant quantity of film. A high sensitivity photoelectric eye tracks the film registration mark automatically. Each sealer has independent temperature control, which produces a cleaner and more stable seal and allows a wider range of flexible packing materials to be run. The main control circuit uses a single chip developed in-house with a digital screen display under transducer control. The gearing is simplified, so vibration and wear are low and service life is long. The machine measures 3,770 by 720 by 1,450 mm. It packs biscuits, pies, chocolate, bread, instant noodles, ice cream, moon cake, candy and medicine, as well as hardware, paper boxes and plates.
