About this unit
A liquid explosive detector determines whether a sealed bottle or container holds a threat liquid without it being opened. That last point is the whole purpose: opening containers at a checkpoint is slow, and it destroys the sample and the passenger's property either way. Container types, throughput and the substance library are all set against the site's own screening policy, and we build to the specification supplied with the enquiry.
