Straight glass display freezer for cakes and patisserie. Straight glass rather than curved gives an undistorted view of the product and is cheaper to replace when it gets broken, which in a busy shop it does. Internal lighting and shelf arrangement are what sell what is inside. Specify the cabinet length, the operating temperature - chilled display and frozen display are different machines - and the shelf layout.
