About this unit
Sleeve labelling is a different process from sticker labelling: a printed tube is cut, opened and dropped over the container, then heat shrinks it tight to the shape. That is what allows a label to follow a contoured body and to carry a tamper-evident neck band in one piece. This unit does both stages, inserting and shrinking, at up to 300 bottles a minute. It takes PVC, PET and OPS sleeve material, draws 1.5 to 2 kilowatts and runs on a 380 volt three phase supply, with direction set left to right or reversed to suit the line. Sleeve material and container profile decide the shrink tunnel settings, so send both with your enquiry.
