About this unit
A tea bag packing machine that forms the inner and outer bag in a single operation, complete with thread and label. It packs scented tea, green tea, tea powder, health tea and Chinese medicinal drinks. Forming both bags at once is what distinguishes this arrangement from a two-stage line. The filled inner bag is never handled or transferred between machines, which removes both a contamination point and a bottleneck. Thread and label are applied as part of the same cycle rather than added afterwards.
