About this unit
A forming machine for chicken, fish and meat nuggets, patties and burgers, running 500 to 1,000 kg/h at 25 to 60 strokes a minute from a 300-litre feed bin.
Product thickness is adjustable from 6 to 40 mm and the maximum round diameter is 150 mm, which covers everything from a thin nugget to a thick-cut burger on the same machine — the mould plate is what changes, not the machine.
5.12 kW on 380 V/50 Hz three phase, with 415 V and 220 V single-phase options on request. State your supply with the enquiry; this is the specification most often got wrong on an export order, and it is not something to sort out after the container lands.
