About this unit
This is a turnkey cashew processing plant rather than a machine, covering kernel production from 100 kg up to 5,000 kg. The plant takes raw nut through the full sequence: steaming, removal of the kernel from the shell, drying, peeling of the testa, grading of the kernel and packing. The plants are designed so that the nut is handled as a whole kernel at every stage rather than being broken in transfer, which is where a poorly matched line loses most of its value. Guarding and safe operation are specified across each stage of the process. Support extends past the equipment. We take on the complete setup of the project, assist with sourcing raw cashew nut, and train both skilled and unskilled labour; a labour team can also be provided to work in your factory.
