About this unit
A fruit processing plant configured for pulp, jam and juice production, supplied to processors worldwide and engineered to the customer's own product range rather than sold to a fixed layout. The plant is divided into distinct sections: a designated reception area, juicing and processing sections, and a separate sugar syrup processing section. Keeping syrup preparation on its own line matters for jam and nectar production, because syrup batching runs to a different cycle from the fruit line and sharing equipment between the two is what creates bottlenecks at the blending stage. Equipment is built for continuous performance over long running periods using high-quality components. Because the plant is engineered per project, the specification is settled before manufacture: the fruits handled, whether you are producing pulp for onward sale or finished jam for retail, and the pack sizes you fill into.
