About this unit
A fish de-boning machine that separates flesh from bone, head and scale, supplied in three sizes covering 250 to 1,000 kg per hour. It is the machine that makes fish ball and surimi production viable at scale, since hand filleting cannot hold that rate. The three models step up in both power and output: the DH811-200 runs 3 HP for 250 to 450 kg per hour, the DH811-350 runs 10 HP for 600 to 800 kg per hour, and the DH811-480 runs 15 HP for 800 to 1,000 kg per hour. Two construction options are offered, one fully stainless steel and one cast iron with baked paint. Which model suits depends on the fish and the hours you run rather than on peak throughput alone.
