About this unit
An automatic linear filler for pharmaceutical production, hydraulically driven, with the product path in stainless steel. Linear filling means containers stop in a row under a bank of nozzles, fill together and move on, which is mechanically simpler than a rotary machine and far easier to clean down and validate - the deciding factor in a pharmaceutical plant, where the cleaning procedure has to be documented and repeatable rather than merely effective. Capacity and nozzle type are both built to the application rather than offered as fixed options. The machine ships in a wooden case.
