About this unit
A 5 m³ garbage compactor truck is a residential collection vehicle for narrow streets and small routes. The compaction body is what distinguishes it from a plain tipper: waste is compressed as it is loaded, so the vehicle carries several times its uncompressed volume before it has to run to a transfer station. Bin lifter type must match the bins actually in service on the route, and that is the specification most often got wrong. We build to what the enquiry states.
