About this unit
Rotary drilling rigs in four classes - 160, 200, 220 and 260 - giving maximum output torque from 160 to 260 kN·m, drilling diameters of 1,300 to 2,000 mm and depths from 56 to 72 m. Bored piling for bridges, high-rise foundations and retaining walls. The class is chosen by the ground and the pile schedule, not by depth alone: torque is what turns the tool in stiff clay and weathered rock.
