About this unit
A 130 horsepower hydrostatic crawler with a 3.1 cubic metre blade, operating weight 13,100 kilogrammes - the smallest machine in this range. Hydrostatic drive gives infinitely variable ground speed and independent control of each track, which means counter-rotation on the spot and fine, repeatable blade control. On a small machine that matters more than it does on a big one, because small dozers spend their time on landscaping, trenching backfill, site levelling and confined work where precision is the job and bulk volume is not. Low weight also makes it straightforward to move between sites on a standard trailer.
