About this unit
Cold room built for fish, which is a harder duty than general chilled storage: the room has to hold temperature against frequent door openings, drain meltwater properly, and resist corrosion from salt and from the cleaning regime that fish handling requires. Panel, floor and drainage detail all follow from that. Specify the internal volume, the holding temperature, whether product arrives chilled or needs pulling down, and the ambient conditions outside the room.
