About this unit
1000 kVA three-phase distribution transformer, 11 kV / 433 V, oil cooled, copper windings. Steps distribution voltage down to the 433 V supply a factory, pump station or commercial development runs on. Oil cooling carries this rating without forced air, and copper windings give lower losses than aluminium over the life of the unit - which is what the running cost turns on, not the purchase price.
