Technical specification

Milk warehouse is used for outdoor storage of milk at low temperature stainless steel container.It is used to keep the low temperature (≤5 Ã¢âÆ) fresh milk entering the warehouse for 24 hours without increasing the temperature rise. It is used for the insulation layer insulation layer (or cooling jacket) between the inner wall and the outer shell and the high-speed push blender in the tank More than 2 Ã¢âÆ, the fat does not float, widely used in outdoor dairy milk storage plant.

Structural features
The shape of the device is a cylinder, the contact part of the chamber body and the material are made of SUS304-2B plate, the outer plate can adopt SUS304-2B plate weld passivation treatment or paint corrugated board according to user requirements.Warehouse side with a ladder, the top of the stainless steel fence (and take the stage), breathing valve, rotating nozzle.The lower part of the warehouse is equipped with an indoor working chamber with an oval manhole, high-speed propelled stirring, inlet and outlet, thermometer, pressure transmission, sampling valve and washer.Filling the body between the outer wall of the insulation material (according to customer requirements filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam).

1.Tank body materials: completely made of SUS304-2B stainless steel, internal bladderδ=3mm, external shellδ=2mm
2.Tank body form: vertical cylinder,taper top,with taper of 15o;inclined bottom with taper of 5o. A base is set at the bottom.
3.Heat preservation material: polyurethane foaming heat preservation with thickness of 100mm for heat preservation of top, bottom and tank body.
4.Tank body size: depending on volume,1/3 jacket layer at the lower part.
5.Tank body accessories:
