A Food Cashew Nut Cutter cuts open the outer shell of boiled cashew nuts to release the kernel while minimizing breakage. It follows the cashew boiling/steaming stage and feeds shelling and kernel separation. Blade spacing is adjusted to the size grade of nuts being processed.
