Food Preduster
A Food Preduster applies a light, even layer of flour or dry coating to food pieces before they enter a batter or breading line, helping the batter adhere properly. It is positioned right before the battering and breading stations on a coated-food production line. Coating rate is set by tray vibration or drum speed.
